Schedule & Shift Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Weekend Commitment: Every other weekend requirement
- Shift: Nightshift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Stable, long-term patient assignments

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and dressing
- Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Monitor vital signs, food intake, and hydration
- Maintain detailed, accurate care documentation
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Qualifications:
Required:

Washington State CNA certification OR NAR (must obtain CNA within 1 year)
- Valid AHA BLS Card
- Washington State Food Worker’s Card (or obtain upon hire)
- Reliable transportation, driver’s license & valid car insurance
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heaving objects (50lbs)
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
- Strong documentation & basic computer skills
Preferred:
- Experience in home health, hospice, or geriatric care
